NJFC Application Review
Get expert guidance on how to complete your NJ Medicaid Doula Provider application.
Service Description
This service is for doulas who qualify for and wish to enroll into New Jersey's Medicaid benefit to serve New Jersey Family Care members. One of our dedicated staff members will meet with you virtually to review your application and documents before submitting. This will reduce enrollment times and/or potential rejection of your application. By attending your 1:1 NJFC Application Review it does not guarantee you will be enrolled as you must complete Gainwell & DMAHS verification process.
Cancellation Policy
Please be mindful that is a free service with limited times and days of availability. We request you do your best with attending your scheduled session. If you are not logged on and ready at your scheduled time, we are only extending a 5 minute grace period. Sessions will be closed once you are 5 minutes late. Remember these sessions are booked in 20 minute time slots and we wouldn't be able to properly review your applications in under 15 minutes. You can cancel your sessions at any time up until 1 hour before your scheduled time.
