By enrolling in any webinars, workshops, doula trainings, programs, or services offered by AAVE Doula Collaborative, participants agree to the following terms:
🚫 No Guarantees
Participation in AAVE Doula Collaborative trainings does not guarantee employment, client referrals, professional connections, or approval as a Medicaid-eligible doula.
✅ Participant Responsibilities

Doulas are fully responsible for completing all program requirements as outlined in their acceptance packet.

For hands-on experience in hospital settings, participants must successfully complete a background check and medical screening, as required by partnering health facilities.
🛡️ Liability Waiver
By participating in any AAVE Doula Collaborative program, you agree to release and hold harmless AAVE Doula Collaborative and its staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, or expenses—whether legal, medical, financial, or otherwise—arising from or related to any illness, injury, or hardship incurred during or as a result of your participation.
📸 Media Consent
Participants understand and consent to the photographing and video recording of sessions. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes on publicly accessible platforms.
